1, seed selection
Select new peanut varieties with thick seed coat, such as Lu Hua series, Huaihua series and Huayu series. Seeds should be peeled by hand.
Step 2 soak the seeds
Wash peanut seeds with clear water once, then soak them in clear water, the amount of water is 3 to 5 times that of seeds, soak them for 2 to 3 hours in summer, and soak them in clear water at about 30 degrees Celsius for 5 to 6 hours in winter.
Step 3 accelerate germination
Filter the soaked seeds, blanch them with clear water for two or three times, then filter them out, pour them into a dish and put them into a germinator with a temperature of 27 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 70, cover the surface with a wringing wet towel, and check the seeds after 12 hours. If you think the seeds are dry, spray some misty water, when most buds grow to 5 to 7 mm.
Step 4 plant
Select seeds with the same length, no discoloration and no mildew, and plant them in tray 2 with the bud tip down. Be careful not to break the roots when sowing. Those who have no buds can germinate for the second time, and seeds with yellow bud tips, moldy epidermis, sticky hands and falling seed coats are not suitable for planting.
After the seeds are inserted, spray water on the seed bud tip with a watering can to keep water at the bud tip, then put the No.2 tray into the No.3 box, and put the 1 tray under it with water (1 tray cannot be filled with water when it is full, and the water is about one finger thick from the top of the tray) to form a set, put it in the dark, and then cover it.
Step 5 manage
Two days later, unpacking inspection. If mildew is found, clip it out with a camera in time and keep it in the dark at a constant temperature of 25 to 28 degrees Celsius. Check after 5 ~ 6 days, and harvest when the peanut bud grows to 12 ~ 15cm.
