1. Ingredients: cooked sheep head, onion, dried red pepper, green and red pepper, peppercorns, cooking wine, pepper, chicken essence, soy sauce
2. Wash the cooked sheep head Cut into thin slices.
3. Remove the skin from the onion and cut into shreds.
4. Cut green and red pepper into shreds.
5. Soak dried red peppers in cold water.
6. Heat 50% of the oil in the pot, add peppercorns and dry red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
7. Add sheep head meat and cooking wine and stir-fry.
8. Add shredded onions and salt and stir-fry.
9. Add green and red chili shreds.
10. Add soy sauce and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.
11. Add pepper and stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.
