Diy Yogurt Making Method and Precautions
Raw materials:

A small cup of plain yogurt bought in the market,

A bottle of pure milk,

A container (to be closed, transparent and beautiful is the best)

If you like sweet food, you can also prepare some sugar.

The container for making yogurt for the first time must be disinfected to kill the bacteria in the container, otherwise it will affect the reproduction of lactic acid bacteria. If it's simpler, just boil the water and cook it for about 3 minutes. In the process, you should turn it over with chopsticks properly.

After turning off the fire, put the prepared pure milk into the previously boiled water to heat it.

When the milk is hot, it goes directly into the prepared container. You can have a taste. It is the best temperature if it warms up and is not too hot.

Add sugar and stir until it is completely melted.

Then add yogurt and stir.

Finally, cover the lid (make sure it is airtight) and put it in a place with high temperature at home (such as a cupboard) and wait for about 12 hours (never open the lid halfway) before eating.
