Puff pastry: flour and oil, 2:1 ratio

Put a little oil in the pan and fry both sides until golden brown. You can directly use the pan to fry until cooked. I added an extra step. Use the oven to fry the golden puff pastry and put it in the oven at 210 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes.
