How to make dipped tofu?
Place the whole piece of tofu in a steamer and steam it thoroughly.
Put an appropriate amount of dried chili noodles in a bowl and minced garlic and set aside.
Put oil in the wok, add a little peppercorns and an aniseed, cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger and fry it in the oil over low heat. When the green onion sections turn yellow, you can put them in the oil pan. Remove all the seasonings and pour the hot oil directly over the chili noodles and minced garlic in the bowl. Be careful that the oil temperature is not too high to avoid frying the peppers black.
Add light soy sauce, soy sauce, a little sugar and salt to the dipping bowl, then chop some chopped green onion and sprinkle on it.
I also put some mature vinegar in, but you don’t have to put it in if you don’t like it.
Cut the steamed tofu into cubes and eat it directly with the prepared dipping sauce.
