Litchi has 35 kinds of lychee such as March Red, Concubine Smiling, Black Leaf, Lingshan Fragrant Lychee, Gui Wei, Glutinous Rice Cake, White Sugar Poppy, Chicken Mouth Lychee, Dazao, April Half, White Lapis, Shui Dong Hei Leaf, Jin Bong, Shui Lychee, Green Lobelia, Fenghuang Tail Lychee, Wo Lychee, Clove, Jiulixiang, Flower Shell Lychee, Snakehead Lychee, Green-skinned Lychee, Melon Peel Lychee, Nuclear-free Lychee, and Strawberry Lychee, and so on.

Lychee is an evergreen tree of the family Sapindaceae, genus Lychee, about 10 meters high. The pericarp has scaly mottled protuberances, bright red, purple red. Ripe to bright red; seeds are all wrapped in a fleshy aril.

Lychee flowers in spring and fruits in summer. Fruit flesh produces fresh translucent curd-like, flavorful, but intolerant of storage. Litchi origin distribution
