According to the online trading system of natural resources in Guangxi, this morning at 10: 00, ZZRC 202 1-37, located on the west side of Chengxing Middle South Road in Zhongshan County, was successfully auctioned.

According to the transaction announcement, ZZRC 202 1-37 plot covers an area of 268 13.64㎡, with a contract of 40.22 mu. The maximum plot ratio is not higher than 3.5, the building density is ≤35%, the greening rate is ≥30%, the proportion of commercial buildings is ≤5%, and the building height limit is ≤1.
According to the requirements of the plot, the plot ZZZRC 202 1-37 is used for the renovation of shacks in the court area, and the bidder shall undertake the housing renovation and resettlement of all households (about 125 households) in the plot.

According to the transaction announcement, the plot ZZZRC 202 1-37 was finally won by Guangxi Yuecheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., with a starting price of 38.2 million yuan. The unit price of this plot is about 949,800 yuan/mu, and the floor price is about 407.04 yuan/square meter.
It is understood that this land acquisition is the seventh project of Zhongshan Yuecheng Real Estate.
Yuecheng Real Estate occupies a high share in Zhongshan property market, and has developed six properties, including Yuecheng Xuefu, Yuecheng Riverside, Yuecheng Guanshan Bieyuan, Yuecheng 1 Yard, Yuecheng Yangguangcheng and Yuecheng Fujiang 1 Yard.

According to relevant statistics, among the three counties under the jurisdiction of Hezhou:
