All the materials were put into the toaster, and I used Panasonic 105. Start the dough program, ferment in the bread machine for 30 minutes and take it out.
Take out the dough and exhaust it, then divide it into three parts, roll the dough into small rectangles with a rolling pin or hand, and then spread 2g sesame walnut powder on each piece. Fold the dough in half, knead the joint into a long strip, then fold the long strip in half and knead the joint. Put three portions of dough into the mold (I used a 450g corrugated toast box).
Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation and take it out when it is about nine minutes full. Brush egg liquid.
Put it in the oven, middle and lower layers, fire up and down 180 degrees, 40 minutes. Pay attention to the satisfactory coloring and cover it with tin foil to avoid burns.
After baking, take it out of the oven, demould it while it is hot, and dissipate heat. When the bread is not completely cooled and sealed.
