How to make tofu pudding

Materials

150g lactone tofu, 1 fresh mushroom, 10g dried fungus, 15ml light soy sauce, 30ml water starch, 15ml oil

Method

1. Put lactone tofu into a small bowl with a small spoon, put it into a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.

2. Soak the dried fungus in warm water, wash and cut into pieces. Wash the fresh mushrooms, remove the stems, and cut into pieces.

3. Heat the oil in the pot over medium heat, add chopped mushrooms and fungus, stir-fry for a while, add light soy sauce, and then add 50ml water. After boiling, pour the water starch into the pot, boil again, and remove from the heat. Pour the mushroom and fungus marinade over the steamed tofu and serve.
