Freshwater shrimp culture
1. Build a pond. When cultivating green shrimps, a pond should be built in a place with abundant fresh water and no pollution, with an area of 3 mu to 5 mu and a water depth of 1.5-2.m, and then decomposed livestock manure or urea should be applied to the pond to promote the reproduction and growth of plankton and phytoplankton and provide food for the green shrimps.

2. add shrimp seedlings. When cultivating green shrimp, when the water temperature is stable at 18-20 degrees, shrimp fry should be put in, and 30,000-40,000 shrimp fry can be put in each mu of pond. In addition, silver carp should be mixed in the pond to increase the output per unit area, and the green shrimp can eat the feces of silver carp.

3. Feeding management. In 1 month, the freshwater shrimp do not need to feed, but can prey on plankton in the pond for a living. After a month, you can feed small fish, snail meat, shellfish meat and other feeds. And feed it 2-3 times a day to ensure that the shrimps have enough food.

4. Feeding methods. When raising freshwater shrimps, it is necessary to add 10-15 cm of water every week after the shrimps enter the pond, which is beneficial to the rapid growth of shrimps. Moreover, when the ambient temperature is higher than 30 degrees, it is necessary to change the water by 20-30 centimeters every day to increase the oxygen content in the water, and sprinkle quicklime into the pond every half month to avoid the shrimp from being infected with diseases.
