Tofu with Shiitake Mushrooms
Preparation Materials
300g of southern bean curd, 50g of shiitake mushrooms, 20g of green peas, 2/5 tsp of salt, 1/5 tsp of monosodium glutamate (MSG), 1 tsp of each of soy sauce, sugar, and cooking wine, 100g of fresh broth, 8g of water starch, and 40g of vegetable oil
Starting to make:
1 Wash the tofu and cut it into square pieces that are 4 centimeters square and 0.5 centimeters thick.
2 Wash and clean the hydrated shiitake mushrooms, cut off the roots and split them into slices with a diagonal knife.
3 Boil green beans and set aside.
4 frying pan hot, pour a small amount of vegetable oil to 60% heat, the tofu piece by piece into the pan, fry until both sides are golden brown.
5 Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate and fresh broth to the pan, pour in the mushrooms, green beans, and cook for 2 minutes on high heat.
6 thickening with water starch, dripping bright oil, out of the pan on the plate is complete.
Tips
1. Before frying the tofu, be sure to use boiling water to get rid of the soy flavor.
2. Control the heat when frying to prevent the color from scorching.
