1. The daily dosage of dried bird's nest is between 1g~5g. Daily intake of dried bird's nest is less than 1g, and higher than 5g, it is more than the body's daily saturated absorption, which is a waste.
2. Bird's nest should be soaked in water first, and then be absorbed into the water to make it bigger: white bird's nests should be soaked for two hours, yellow bird's nests for four hours, and blood bird's nests for twelve hours; the water soaked in bird's nests does not need to be retained. Put the soaked bird's nest on your palm and pick the fine hairs with non-steel pliers.
3. Put the soaked bird's nest in a double-layer stainless steel strainer and rinse it while tearing the bird's nest apart to remove the impurities. Then, cut the bird's nest into small strips, put the bird's nest into a stewing pot, and fill it with boiling water to just cover the bird's nest. Place the stewing pot in a pot of boiling water, the boiling water should be about half of the height of the pot. Simmer white bird's nest for 30 minutes; yellow bird's nest for 35 minutes; blood bird's nest for 90 minutes. Add rock sugar or salt to taste.
