Put the hairy crabs in a deep container, because they are not tied with their feet, lest they climb out and escape. Pour half a bottle of wine and soak for about 40 minutes to let the hairy crabs spit out some dirt.

After brushing, use the back of the brush, the hard part, to squeeze a few times on the abdomen cover to squeeze out the excrement inside.

Put the treated hairy crabs into a deep container again, add a proper amount of water and half a bottle of wine and soak for another 30 minutes to completely remove the fishy smell and dirty water inhaled during cleaning. When you want to eat it, rinse it with water twice and steam it. It's clean and delicious.
