First, growing habits
Jujube: a positive tree species in warm temperate zone. A sunny and dry climate. Cold, heat, drought and waterlogging tolerance. The requirements for soil are not strict. When the winter jujube is ripe, the sunny side is red, and the other parts are bluish white. The whole jujube is big red when it is ripe and redder when it is dry. Maturity: Winter jujube ripens later than common jujube, in the middle of 10, when the weather is cold. Jujube can ripen in summer. Tasting: Dongzao jujube has large fruit, thin skin and crisp flesh.
