How to make homemade noodles in noodle maker ?
Add 40 grams of water to the beating bowl.
Add 100 grams of medium gluten flour.
Mix well with chopsticks and leave for 3 minutes. Knead with your hands to form a ball. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Split into two pieces, 50g flour each. Adjust the noodle maker to a thick sheet and press the noodles, several times. Once both pieces are pressed, turn the pasta machine to a thin sheet. Press it thinner.
