Buckwheat flour, white flour, salt, alum and water.
Exercise:
1. Put buckwheat flour and white flour into a basin, add salt, alum and water, and stir until soft. Add water in one direction, stir until it becomes a thin paste, and grasp what looks like a line with your hands.
Wash the 2.4-inch vegetables, brush them with oil in turn, put them in a cage, spoon the thin paste into two thirds of the vegetables, cover them, steam them, put them in a cage for cooling, and take out the strips.
3, cut enema strips and bean sprouts, or eat them cold.
