Guihua wine has a long history of brewing, and there are two kinds of wine: Guilin brand and Wu Gang brand. Guilin brand osmanthus wine is produced by Guilin Brewery General Factory, which is a flower and fruit preparation of sweet, low alcohol dew wine. It is made from local osmanthus flowers and mountain grapes, through soaking, distillation, adjustment, aging and filtration, with a degree of alcohol of 15°～20°. The color is light yellow, the fragrance of osmanthus is prominent, with the unique mellow fragrance of mountain grapes, sweet and sour, mellow and soft, with a long-lasting aftertaste. Drinking it regularly can strengthen the spleen and stomach, help digestion, activate blood circulation and benefit the vital energy, and it was awarded Guangxi Quality Wine and Quality Food in 1984 and 1989 respectively. Wu Gang Brand Osmanthus Wine is produced by Guilin Lingui Osmanthus Wine Factory, which is made from high-quality rice and fresh osmanthus flowers, and refined by double-steaming and re-brewing technology. The wine is clear and translucent with a mellow and refreshing taste, featuring both the characteristics of Sanhua wine and the aroma of osmanthus flowers, with a long aftertaste, and is available in 38° and 50°.

Production

The production of osmanthus wine

First made into white wine, Beng Beng ambrosia, ambrosia 1-3 years time, usually every other year on the market. Before listing, fresh osmanthus flowers are soaked into osmanthus dew, which seeps into the white wine, making osmanthus wine. Changshu osmanthus wine left Weng Tongotewall's "with paths to hoe green fields, leaving dew brewing yellow flowers". With the improvement of brewing technology, osmanthus wine has the characteristics of "excellent quality, low alcoholic strength, beautiful and transparent color, sweet and mellow taste, drinkable all year round, suitable for both men and women, young and old", and it has become a good product for drinking and gift-giving.
