Although kimbap and sushi look very similar in appearance, their contents are quite different. Kimbap is Korean and sushi is Japanese. Of course, sushi is just one kind of Japanese sushi.

Porphyra kimbap is mostly mixed with salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds and rice, while kimbap of laver sushi is mixed with sushi vinegar, which is sold in some supermarkets or can be made by yourself.

Except for rice, the materials wrapped inside and the treatment of materials are different. Porphyra rice is often simple, such as eggs are spread and carrots are raw. Eggs in laver sushi are made by adding sake, Lin Wei, sugar and other seasonings in a special square pot, which belongs to technical work. Carrots in seaweed sushi will also be processed and cooked with seasonings.
