Dahongpao belongs to semi-fermented oolong tea, and it is made by baking. The activity of tea endoplasm is stable and it is less affected by oxidation, and it can be preserved for 2 to 3 years. There are two kinds of Luzhou-flavor and Fen-flavor in the market. Generally speaking, Luzhou-flavor is better for storage, because Luzhou-flavor Dahongpao is a traditional tea with heavy fermentation and sufficient fire power, while Fen-flavor has low baking degree, easy fragrance dispersion, storage intolerance and short shelf life.
Dahongpao has a tight shape, fresh green and brown color, bright orange and yellow soup color after brewing, and red and green leaves. The most outstanding quality is that the fragrance is rich and fragrant with orchid flowers, with high and lasting fragrance and obvious "rock rhyme". Dahongpao is very resistant to brewing, and it still smells after being brewed for seven or eight times. To drink "Dahongpao" tea, you must drink slowly in a small pot and a small cup of "congou", so that you can really taste the charm of Zen tea on the top of rock tea.
Preservation method of Dahongpao
1, tin can storage method: this method requires the use of tinplate double-cover colored tea containers sold in the market. Pay attention to check whether the seal of the tin can is complete before storage, and ensure that the tin can is tightly sealed during storage, so as to achieve perfect preservation. When storing, a small amount of tea leaves can be packed in small pots for easy access at any time, and the rest of tea leaves can be sealed in large pots for storage.
2, refrigerator storage method: to maintain the freshness and fragrance of tea, it is best to store at low temperature. Seal the Dahongpao and put it in the refrigerator, and try to adjust the temperature to about 5 degrees Celsius. It must be noted that the refrigerator for storing tea leaves must be sanitary, clean and odorless, and it can't store anything other than tea leaves.
