You can make salty oatmeal.
Ingredients: 150 grams of oatmeal, 1/2 white radish.
Accessories: 50 grams of dried shrimp.
Seasoning: 2g salt, 1 piece of ginger, appropriate amount of sesame oil, 1 green onion, a little pepper.
Method
1. Wash and shred the radish, sprinkle with a little salt and marinate (to remove astringency) and set aside; fluff the ginger, wash and mince the green onion and set aside.
2. Rinse the dried shrimps until the water is clear, soak them briefly, then control the water and set aside.
3. Fill a small soup pot with water, put the ginger slices into the pot, and add the dried shrimps to the pot to boil.
4. Boil the pot over high heat and skim off the foam that comes out. Squeeze the shredded radish into the pot and put it into the pot. Boil the pot again and skim off the foam.
5. Cook until the shredded radish is soft, pour the oatmeal into the pot, stir well and boil for a few minutes.
6. When the ingredients in the pot are cooked until thick, season with salt, pepper, and sesame oil, and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
