Ingredients: 4 hairy crabs, ginger 1 tablet, 3 tbsp cooking wine, and proper amount of balsamic vinegar.
Exercise:
1. Clean the bought hairy crabs with a brush, and clean the front, back and leg seams. Don't untie the rope tied to the crab, or the crab will run around dishonestly and steam it with its big pliers, which will not look good.
2. Peel the ginger, cut it into slices, and then cut 4 pieces of larger ginger for later use.
3. Put the hairy crab belly up in the steamer, so that the crab yellow will not flow out when steaming, and then put the ginger slices.
4. Pour a proper amount of water into the pot, add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, put the steamer on the pot for 5 minutes, and then turn to medium heat 10- 15 minutes, depending on the size of the crab.
5. When the time is up, take out the steamed crab to dry, and then cut the rope.
6. Mix a dipping sauce, and mix it with incense evenly, and the simplest ginger vinegar juice will be finished. Dip sauce can also be made according to personal preference.
7. Delicious home-cooked steamed hairy crabs are ready, and you can't miss them in autumn.
