How to make milk tea pearls:
1. Mix brown sugar and hot water and boil, add starch while it is still hot;
2. Pour the starch in a little at a time, stirring as you pour, until it forms a dough. If you find the dough is dry after pouring the liquid, you can continue to heat the water until it forms a ball;
3. Then rub the pearls. According to the size you like, roll a little dough and put it in your hand and roll it round. The polished pearls should be put on a plate sprinkled with cornstarch, otherwise they will be stained;
4. When the water in the pot boils, put in the kneaded pearls, and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turn off the heat when it's done, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
