1. At present, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase are commonly used in clinic, both of which can be used as indicators of whether hepatocytes are normal or not. If transaminase rises, it usually means that liver cells are damaged. The more serious the early hepatocyte injury, the more obvious the increase of transaminase. To a certain extent, the decrease of transaminase value does not mean that hepatitis has been alleviated, but has entered a more serious stage of liver failure. Clinically, it is necessary to comprehensively judge the value of transaminase with reference to bilirubin value.
2. Transaminase is the most important test item in liver function examination. Elevated transaminase indicates abnormal liver function. For example, acute viral hepatitis, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase will increase significantly, especially alanine aminotransferase. Alcoholic liver disease and drug-induced hepatitis, this non-viral liver disease, transaminase will be slightly increased or normal, while alcoholic liver disease is mainly aspartate transaminase.
It is suggested that patients find that the level of transaminase is much higher than the normal value, or more than twice the normal value, and go to a regular hospital for routine treatment in time.
