Chinese sauerkraut potato soup
Step 1: Peel and slice potatoes.
Step 2: Shred sauerkraut and pickled pepper.
Step 3: Cut the shallots into chopped green onions.
Step 4: Heat the pan and add lard to melt. Pour sauerkraut and pickled pepper, stir fry, add water, pepper powder and pepper. After boiling, add potato chips and cook for 5 minutes. Add sugar, salt and seasoning powder to taste, take out, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
