How to make Steamed Mussels with Garlic Vermicelli ?
Soak the mung bean vermicelli in cold water to soften
Buy the mussels in the market and cut them up. Wash the inner organs of the mussels and clean the shells with a brush, a toothbrush will also work.
Put the vermicelli under the mussel meat.
Chop the garlic as much as you can, preferably with a tool, but without a tool you can chop it very much.
