Mung beans should be cooked for 30-60 minutes before they are done.
But it also depends on the cooking tool, and whether or not it's soaked to determine the time needed. If it has been soaked for an hour in advance, it will only take half an hour to cook; if it has not been soaked, it will take an hour.
Additionally, with a pressure cooker it basically cooks in 15 minutes on the gas; a regular pot still takes more than half an hour.
Cook green beans as follows:
Materials: green beans, water, sugar.
1. Add water to the bowl and soak for 1 hour.
2. Put the green beans in a pot of cold water, cook for 30 minutes, remove and set aside to cool.
3. Take 3 pieces of tablet sugar, simmer over low heat to melt.
4. When the sugar water bubbles, add the green beans and mix well.
5. Put ice cubes in the bowl, put the boiled green beans into the bowl, and then add the right amount of clean water and mix well.
6. Finish eating.
