Methods/steps
1. Cut winter bamboo shoots into pieces.
2. Pour boiled water into the winter bamboo shoots, sprinkle some salt and cook.
3. Wash and soak the mushrooms, cut into pieces for later use, and do not pour out the water soaked in mushrooms.
4. Pour the oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms.
5. Add winter bamboo shoots after stir-frying and continue to stir-fry.
6. Stir-fry for half a minute, then pour in half a bowl of mushroom water, oyster sauce, soy sauce, a little soy sauce and rock sugar. When the fire boils, cover it with a small fire and cook it.
7. Simmer until cooked.
