Biluochun is one of the top ten famous teas in China, with intercropping of tea and fruit. Biluochun is produced in Dongting Mountain Area of Taihu Lake, Wuzhong District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is picked before dawn or before rain and made through a series of production processes. Biluochun is characterized by tight knot, snail-like roll, exposed white hair, silvery green and tender leaves. Tea-fruit intercropping is a way of alternately planting tea trees and fruit trees, which improves the land use efficiency and has a certain impact on the quality of tea.
