The simple and new method of quickly growing bean sprouts is as follows:
Tools/raw materials: 1 hollow vegetable basket, a small handful of mung beans, 1 small towel, 1 plate, water Just the right amount.
1. Prepare materials: hollow basket, mung beans, towels. The amount of mung beans used is determined by the size of the bottom of the vegetable washing basket. You can put a handful of mung beans in the basket and cover the bottom of the basket. The mung beans do not overlap and there are still some gaps. This amount of mung beans is sufficient.
2. Select and throw away the bad mung beans, otherwise the mung bean sprouts will easily rot when they sprout. Soak the mung beans in cold water for about 20 hours.
3. Soak until the mung beans are swollen and plump, and some mung beans are still swollen and white. The lens of this picture is far away, and some of the mung beans are showing white and cannot be seen clearly.
4. Then wet all the towels and spread them on top of the mung beans to keep the mung beans moisturized and protected from light.
5. Then put the vegetable basket in a container. I used a plate. The plate should be watertight. Because the mung beans need to be watered every morning and evening, the plate is used to hold water.
6. Then put it in a dark place without light. I put it directly in the cupboard. Pour water on the towel once every morning and evening. Pay attention to the kitchen when pouring water. Turn off the lights, then open the cabinets and pour water to avoid light penetration. The bean sprouts grow slowly and lift up the towel.
7. Then on the fifth day, you can take out the mung bean sprouts and eat them. Many roots will grow at the bottom. If the container below is deep enough, the roots will also grow longer.
