Steps
1. Prepare onions and beef.
2. Cut the beef into slices. It doesn't need to be too thin.
3. Prepare cumin grains.
4. Add soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, pepper, red wine, starch and half of the cumin seeds, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
5. Cut the onion into pieces and set aside.
6. Heat the pot and add oil.
Pour in the beef slices (put them in a cold pan with cold oil) and quickly spread them out.
7. Fry until the meat changes color.
8. Add onions and stir-fry quickly.
9. Add the remaining cumin, turn to high heat and stir-fry until fragrant.
Pour in a little water starch.
