1. Wash and cut the earth chicken, soak the tea tree mushrooms in water, and cut the cilantro into pieces.
2. Put the chicken pieces and tea tree mushrooms together in a pot and simmer until cooked, add salt and cilantro.
Method 2, fresh tea tree mushroom chicken soup
Materials
Materials: 2 chicken thighs, 1 potato, 1 carrot, 8 tea tree mushrooms

1. Wash the chicken thighs, and boil in hot water to remove the spare .
2. Potatoes, carrots cut into thick slices, tea tree mushrooms torn in half.
3. Take a saucepan and boil 2000 ml of water.
4. Add the other ingredients, except the mushrooms.
5. Cook on high heat for 20 minutes, then on low heat for 35 minutes.
6. Finally, add the mushrooms and seasonings and cook for another 5 minutes.
Method 3: Chicken Soup with Tea Tree Mushrooms

Methods
1: Dried Tea Tree Mushrooms + Chicken Thighs (a whole drumstick) + Tatung Electric Cooker
2: Blanch the dried Tea Tree Mushrooms and Chicken Thighs in hot water. Tea Tree Mushrooms & Chicken Thighs. Add the blanched dried mushrooms and chicken thighs to the electric pot.
3:Cook for 30 minutes!
4:Finished ~ to replenish the vitality (tea tree mushroom chicken soup〗).
5:Serve.
Practice 4, tea tree mushroom chicken soup
Materials
Chicken 1 (preferably chicken), tea tree mushrooms, mushrooms 10, ginger, green onion, cooking wine, salt
Practice
1, chicken cleaning and processing clean.
2. Soak the mushrooms in warm water (about one hour)
3. Cut the chicken into pieces, put it into a pot, pour in enough cold water, bring it to a boil, and skim off the floating powder.
4, put ginger and scallion.

6, pour in the water for soaking mushrooms (note that there will be dirty sediment underneath, don't pour it in together haha)
