Mini Banana Fritters
Inputs: 100g flour, 50g water, 5g oil, one banana
Practice
1: Knead the flour, water, and oil to form a dough, divide into four equal portions, brush with oil, and refrigerate overnight.
2. Grease a flat surface, roll the dough into a large sheet, cut it in half, place banana slices on one portion at regular intervals, and then cover the other portion with it.
