Wheat flour can be used to make steamed buns. Wheat flour is added with yeast powder to make dough, which is the same method as steaming steamed buns with ordinary flour. The difference between wheat flour and flour is that wheat flour is ground directly from wheat into powder, with the outer shell and middle part of wheat, and is a coarse grain. The flour we often eat is wheat after removing the bran and germ, and the remaining endosperm is ground into flour.
