Microwave Cake
Main Ingredients: 90g of low gluten flour, 5 egg yolks, 5 egg whites
Supplementary Ingredients: 90g of caster sugar
Steps:
1. Sieve 90g of low gluten flour.
2. Add caster sugar to egg white and beat with whisk until wet foam, add egg yolk.
3. Beat until the batter is thick.
4. Put in the low gluten flour.
5. Turn up and down to mix well.
6. Brush a microwaveable container with oil, pour in the egg batter and shake it twice to get the big bubbles out.
7. Put into the microwave oven on high heat for 2 minutes, medium heat for 2 minutes.
8. Remove from microwave and invert to cool.
9. Cut and serve.
