Dice the chicken, wash away the blood, put it in a bowl, add salt, pepper, egg white, monosodium glutamate and some soy sauce for pickling.
Fry the chicken in a pot until golden, and take it out. Put the potatoes in the pot, stir-fry them and take them out.
Cut the green pepper into cubes and put it in the pot. Stir-fry, add diced chicken, diced potato and seasoning in turn. Out of the pot.
