How to stew tofu with Chinese cabbage?
Wash the cabbage. Add water to the pot and fire.
After the water boils, add Chinese cabbage and cook until it changes color. Take it out and soak it in cold water.
Dice the potatoes. Boil the water again, add the potatoes and cook until the chopsticks are crushed. After cooking, pour the soup and potatoes into a large bowl.
Take out the Chinese cabbage soaked in clear water. Squeeze out the water.
Chop Chinese cabbage, dry it and knead it into dumplings.
Prepare pepper, onion, garlic and coriander.
Open fire, put a little oil (lard is best), add pepper, onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, then add crushed Chinese cabbage dumplings and stir-fry. Add salt and spiced powder to taste.
Add the cooked potatoes (with some water, not too much water) to the stir-fried Chinese cabbage, crush the potatoes with a spoon and put them on a plate.
Slice tofu.
Re-fire, put a little oil, saute shallots and add a bowl of water. After the water boils, add tofu, salt, allspice powder and some light soy sauce.
Add potatoes and cabbages into tofu directly, stir well, cook for one minute, and take out. Add the remaining shallots and coriander. Delicious braised tofu with Chinese cabbage is so good.
