300g of lamb, 2 tomatoes, 3 carrots, 300g of string beans, 200g of mushrooms, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 300g of flour, 1 spring onion, 2 heads of garlic.
1. Add 1/2 cup water to the flour and form a soft dough, cover and let rise.
2. Cut all ingredients into small pieces or sections.
3. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil, add chopped green onion and saute, add 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
4. Add 2 teaspoons of salt to the oil left in the pan, add the beans, carrots and tomatoes and saute together, add two cups of water to make soup when all the ingredients are soft.
5. Add the lamb to the soup, stir in the tomato paste, then the mushrooms, taste the soup, if it is not salty enough you can add more salt, depending on your taste, then turn off the heat and keep warm.
6. Put the dough on a board and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1cm, then cut it into long strips with a knife.
7. In a separate pot, add water, flatten the cut noodles with your hands, then pull them into pieces and boil them for half a minute.
8. Put the half-cooked noodles into the soup with meat and vegetables, turn on the heat and continue to cook, and add garlic to enhance the flavor, 2-3 minutes is good.
