Production method
1. Put yellow wheat into a pot, pour water into it, mix well into a wet lump, steam it in a cage for half an hour until it is cooked, take it out and pour it into the pot, dip your hand in cold water and rub it evenly while hot rolling, and put a little oil on the dough for later use.
2. Wash adzuki beans and red dates, put them into a pot, pour water into it to boil, simmer with low fire until soft and rotten, remove the jujube stones, add brown sugar, and roll them into mud with a spoon to get the filling.
3. Rub a little oil on your hand, grab a piece of dough about 50g, knead it round, flatten it, wrap it with jujube bean stuffing, knead it into a ball, and then press it into an oblate shape by hand to form a cake blank.
4. Pour peanut oil into the pot, heat it to 70%, add the cake blank, fry it in golden brown, take it out and serve.
