Steps to Make Butter-Free Milk Biscuits
1. Mix low flour, sugar (can be reduced) and baking soda (can be left out for a slightly harder texture) in a bowl
2. Add oil and milk and knead into a ball and let rise for 20 minutes
3. Roll out the dough into a 2mm thick sheet, fork over the holes and press out the shape with a cookie mold, it is best to use a shape of a plate, easy to control the baking time.
4. 160 degrees Celsius in the middle of the upper and lower heat, about twenty minutes or so, depending on each person's oven different time different, color to light coffee color on it.

Tips
Don't pour the milk all the way through, leave some to see how the dough holds up before adding it. It can make a slightly hard dough, or it can be like a steamed bread dough.
