Method for frying vegetarian meatballs
1. Radish is shredded with wiper and chopped with onion and ginger.
2. Add proper amount of flour and water, salt and a little pepper to the shredded radish and stir. You can also add an egg to the stuffing. I didn't add it.
Put oil in the pot. When it is 50% hot, put the meatballs in the pot and fry until golden brown.
This is my son's design. He put the meatballs in a plate of frozen cabbage on the table, photographed them and told me that it was the cabbage sun.
