Pork ribs soup can be added as stock in dishes, such as: soup with baby vegetables.
How to serve baby cabbage in soup:
Ingredients: baby cabbage, onion, garlic, ginger, sea rice, pork rib soup, salt, pepper, water starch, sesame oil
1. Cut the baby cabbage, blanch it in boiling water, remove and set aside.
2. Finely mince the onion and garlic. Cut the ginger into shreds and set aside.
3. Soak dried sea rice in hot water for more than 30 minutes. Chop the sea rice and set aside.
4. Add chopped green onion, ginger and garlic to the bottom oil in the pot, stir-fry until fragrant, then add pork rib soup and water for soaking sea rice.
5. After boiling, add chopped dried shrimps, salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
6. Add water starch and drizzle with sesame oil.
7. Pour the juice evenly on the vegetables and it is ready to eat.
