Black fungus is soaked in warm water.

Wash and remove impurities and tear them into small pieces. After soaking in water, cool the boiled water and drain the water for later use. (I forgot to take a picture in this step of drowning)

After washing the cucumber, peel off part of the skin. (You can also peel off all the skins, but I think it will look better if you cut only a part into vegetables.)

Cut it into small pieces, sprinkle with a little salt and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Wash celery tips (leaves) and coriander, pinch them into small pieces, dip Chili peppers into short pieces obliquely, and chop garlic cloves into rice.

Take a small bowl, add soy sauce, fresh shellfish juice, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil and monosodium glutamate and mix well.
