Pain is an inevitable symptom. Swelling and bruised skin and inability to rotate joints are common manifestations of sprains.
Emergency treatment
1. If you sprain your finger during exercise, you should stop exercising immediately. The first is cold compress, preferably with ice. But generally there is no preparation, just use water instead. Soak your fingers in water 15 minutes, and then wrap them with cold wet cloth. Then use adhesive tape to fix the finger in the extended position. 1. Lumbar muscle sprain, the most important thing is to be quiet and go to the hospital in a hurry to make the condition worse. If it is not handled properly, it will recur and may develop into disc herniation.
2. In order to prevent the ankle sprain from happening again, the second half of the outer side of the sole should be padded by half a centimeter (that is, a piece of rubber or plastic should be nailed to the outer side) to protect the ligament.
