method of work
1. Tangyuan doesn't need to be thawed. Add it to the boiling water, turn it to low heat after the water boils, and take out the supercooled water when the tangyuan floats.
2. Take out the oil pan, roll the glutinous rice balls made of 1 with a layer of flour, put them in the oil pan, turn them carefully, fry for about 2 minutes until the surface is golden yellow, and then take them out.
3. Drain the oil from the glutinous rice balls made in Method 2, and roll on a layer of peanut powder or coconut powder (fresh meat glutinous rice balls can be eaten with seaweed powder).
