Kangling Village is located in the Mingling Tourist Area. The village has 70 households, 176 people, and a total area of ??170 hectares. Among them, there are 324 acres of cultivated land and 1,525 acres of mountain farmland. The mountain has dense vegetation and abundant wild resources, including wild tree species such as mountain apricot, mountain pear, mountain peach and wild jujube. The villagers mainly focus on the forest and fruit industry, mainly producing dried and fresh fruits such as persimmons, pears, apples, peaches, apricots, and dates, with an annual output of more than 600,000 kilograms, of which the annual output of persimmons reaches 400,000 kilograms.
The village is surrounded by mountains. To the south of the village is a primitive pine forest. To the west of the village is Kangling Palace, one of the Thirteen Tombs of the Ming Dynasty. To the north of the village is a farm vegetable field. The village is surrounded by fruit trees and green trees. All villagers in the village live within the ancient Kangling prison wall. In the center of the village, there is an ancient ginkgo tree about a thousand years old. Two 800-year-old symmetrical ancient locust trees grow at the gate of the village, adding to Kangling's cultural heritage. Distributes aura and vitality. It is an ideal place for your travel, leisure, sightseeing and picking. Now, 60% of households have engaged in folk tourism, and can receive hundreds of people at the same time for entertainment, dining, picking and other activities.
Kangling Village and Mayufang Village, Xiaogongmen Village, Guozhuang Village, Jingling Village, Huzhuang Community, Beixincun Community, Huzhuang Village, Dagonmen Village, Shipaifang Village, Jiantou Village, Xianrendong Village, Nanxin Village, Xishankou Village and Changlingyuan Village are adjacent.
On October 21, 2016, the Ministry of Agriculture promoted Kangling Village as a beautiful leisure village in China in 2016.
On July 3, 2018, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs recognized Kangling Village as the eighth batch of national one-village-one-product demonstration villages and towns (Zhengde Spring Cake Banquet).
On December 25, 2019, Kangling Village was selected into the first batch of national forest villages.
