1. Ingredients: one banana, milk (I used two-thirds), 10 grams of granulated sugar, and one egg (yolk only).

2. Milk is poured into a saucepan and heated over a low heat, I used only two thirds and made an egg custard with the rest.

3. Take out the yolks and beat them.

4. When the milk is heated, use a spoon to stir Oh, heat about five minutes, add the egg yolk mixture and sugar, stir well.

Note
1, the milk should be heated first to let the water evaporate part of it, be sure to small fire oh, do not boil oh.
2, the egg added to the milk must be stirred well, heating should be on low heat, generally heating while stirring, this process is a little long, be patient, until the egg becomes thick on it.
3, fruit and other best into the mud, this will increase the viscosity, out of the ice cream will be more easily molded.
