Because the raw materials are static, it is difficult for hot air to penetrate, which makes the lower part of the dryer very hot and the upper part very warm. Sometimes raw materials are sintered due to local overheating, which makes it more difficult for hot air to enter other areas and fails to achieve the expected drying effect.

Bochang's current environmental protection design is two-stage propeller conveying. The first stage sends the raw materials into the barrel, and then the second stage lifts the raw materials to the upper part of the barrel and scatters them in an umbrella shape, while the hot air blows out from the lower center of the barrel, permeates smoothly from the gap between the moving raw materials, and fully heats the raw materials under dynamic conditions.
