1: Shred onion; peel and slice burdock; cut tofu into thick slices; cut shiitake mushrooms into small pieces; slice green onion diagonally and set aside. Mix rice wine, mirin, soy sauce, shibori sauce, and granulated sugar into a sauce and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, reduce the heat to low and add the cream to melt. Add the tofu slices from recipe 1 to recipe 2 and sauté until browned on both sides, then add the shredded onion from recipe 1 and sauté over low heat.
