It is best to drink homemade wine within 1 year. After a long time, the taste will fade, but it will not harm your health. When storing, it is best to put the bottle obliquely, so that the bottle stopper will expand due to moisture and be airtight to avoid oxidation due to contact with air. It is more advantageous to store wine at around 0℃.

Preservation methods of homemade wine;
(1) Save electrical appliances
When brewing, the utensils can be varied, such as small oak barrels, narrow-mouthed glass jars, coke bottles, mineral water bottles, old wine bottles and so on. However, no matter what kind of storage vessel you choose, the selected vessel must have good sealing performance. It is suggested to use small containers as much as possible, such as old wine bottles and corks, fill the wine bottles and fill the corks flat.
(2) Protecting the environment
The best storage temperature of homemade wine is 12- 15℃, and it is also stored in a dark environment. Therefore, when we store homemade wine, we can choose to put it in the incubator, basement, home shade and so on. At the same time, keep the storage environment ventilated and humid to avoid shock.
(3) Preservation time
Generally speaking, how long the homemade wine can be preserved depends on the quality of the homemade wine itself. However, because the wine brewed by individuals at home is not professional enough in making grapes, utensils and techniques, it is easy to deteriorate when there are too many magazines mixed in the wine, and the quality of the wine is not as good as professional. Therefore, it is suggested that the preservation time of homemade wine should not exceed 2 years, and of course, it does not rule out that we can brew good wine that can withstand aging.
