Dongjiang Lake Scenic Tourist Area is located in Zixing City, the southeast of Hunan Province, between the green hills of Jiang Xiaodong River in Zixing City, with the latitude of 25 34 ′ ~ 2618 ′ and the longitude of13 08 ′ ~13 44 ′.

Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area is an island-type tourist area with a total area of 200 square kilometers, which is dominated by Dongjiang rapids, dangerous beaches, steep cliffs, Longjing Gorge scenic spots and island communities.
